Freshly-juiced tomato and celery drink with lemon, basil and a touch of hot sauce.

Steps

1
Done

Wash the tomatoes and celery. Trim off and discard the leaves and stalks from the vegetables and proceed to extract the juice using the slow juicer. If the vegetables are too large for the juicer chute, cut them into chunks.

2
Done

Put ice cubs in your desired glass and pour in the tomato and celery juice.

3
Done

Add in the freshly-squeezed juice from 2 lemons, basil leaves, Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well.

4

Garnish with celery stalk, lemon zest and black olives. Enjoy!
