Cook the rice according to the instructions in the cooking charts and drain. |

Put the butter, carrots, onion and garlic in a microwave safe bowl and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 5 mins, or until soft. |

Add the mushrooms, rice and herbs to vegetables and stir together. Then cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 5 minutes. |

Puree the mixture. |

Stir in the walnuts, brazil nuts, pine nuts, salt and pepper. |

Lightly grease the loaf dish and level the mixture. Put the wire rack in oven cook on Combination: 180ºC +SIMMER MICROWAVE for 35- 40 minutes. |

Garnish with the sprigs of rosemary. |
