Coat 3 ramekin dishes with coconut oil.

In a medium bowl, add the fruits and 3 tbsp of agave/maple syrup and gently mix until combined.

Fill the ramekin dishes with an equal amount of fruit in each.

To make the crumble, mix together all dry ingredients, add melted coconut oil.

Cover the contents of the ramekin dishes with the crumble (generously) and bake in 180 C for around 20 min, or until the crumble turns golden brown.

Top with your favourite vegan ice cream to serve.

110g Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup Or Agave
1 Cup Jumbo Oats Gluten Free if necessary
64 g Coconut Flakes
64 g Almond Flakes
64 g Chopped Pecans
2 tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
