This sweet and fruity vegan crumble is perfect for dinner parties or family dinners alike. You can bake it in just 20 minutes in your microwave oven.

Steps

Coat 3 ramekin dishes with coconut oil.

In a medium bowl, add the fruits and 3 tbsp of agave/maple syrup and gently mix until combined.

Fill the ramekin dishes with an equal amount of fruit in each.

To make the crumble, mix together all dry ingredients, add melted coconut oil.

Cover the contents of the ramekin dishes with the crumble (generously) and bake in 180 C for around 20 min, or until the crumble turns golden brown.

Top with your favourite vegan ice cream to serve.

64 g Coconut Flakes
64 g Almond Flakes
64 g Chopped Pecans
2 tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
