Spruce up your afternoon snack into something delicious by following this scrummy sourdough and goats cheese recipe! All you need to do is use the grill function in your microwave and enjoy.

Pre-heat the grill on Grill 1. |

Brush the sourdough slices on both sides with the garlic oil. |

Grill one side for about four minutes or until golden. |

Spread the untoasted sides with chilli jam and top with the goats cheese. |

Return to the grill and toast for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt and turns golden and bubbling. |

Season with black pepper and serve with some rocket. |
