Whether you’re looking for a light main dish or a flavourful starter, this breadmaker tomato soup is your answer! Packed with three whole servings of vegetables and incredibly rich in flavour. Entirely beginner-friendly and suitable for home freezing.
This recipe works with the ZP2000 Breadmaker program 18.
Steps

Peel and cut the onion and cut all your vegetables. |

Combine all your vegetables and add to breadmaker pan. |

Add oil, water, stock cube and all your seasoning to breadmaker pan. |

Choose programme 18 and set timer for 2 hours 10 minutes. |

When the soup is ready, remove from pan and blend until smooth. |

Top off with salad cress, soy cream and enjoy! |
