2 x 90g packs Pak choi

250 g Frozen soya beans

4 x 150 g Salmon Fillets

2 Spring Onionssliced

1 tbsp Gingerfinely chopped

Extra lemon slices/wedges for serving

1 Red Chillibut into fine strips

1 Juice of Lemon

150 mls Vegetable Stock

2 tsp Soy Sauce

Directions
This recipe is the perfect dish to try out in our newest built-in oven! You can cook your fresh food using the steam function to maintain all those healthy nutrients!
Steps

Arrange the pak choi leaves and soya beans in the glass tray, then lay the salmon fillets on top. |

Add the spring onions, ginger, lemon slices and red chilli to the tray. |

Mix together the lemon juice, vegetable stock, soy sauce and coriander in a bowl, and then pour the liquid into the tray. |

Cook on STEAM 1 for 20 – 30 minutes or until cooked. |
