50g Buffalo Mozzarella Balls

This spinach and tomato gnocchi dish is made in under 7 mins and perfect for a midweek meal.
Steps

Put the gnocchi in the dish |

Add the mascarpone to the pasta sauce and pour over the gnocchi. |

Add the mozzarella balls and cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 5 mins |

Remove from microwave and stir through the spinach allowing it to wilt. |

Return to the microwave and cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 1 ½ minutes. |
