Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Large Fresh Tomatoes
1x400g Can of Chopped Tomatoes
250mls Hot Vegetable Stock
1 ½ tsp Sugar
A Pinch Dried Chilli Flakes
75mls Milk
75mls Cream
Salt and Pepper

This quick and tasty soup will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Just cover with cling film and reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. If you wanted, pesto adds a lovely flavour. But the soup is still good without it!

Place all of the ingredients into the blender. Place the lid on firmly and release the pressure cap in the top.

Press the SOUP button and press start. The blender will beep when finished.

Serve immediately with ½ tsp of pesto swirled on the top of each bowl of soup.

If the soup is to thick just add more hot stock.
