450 g Strong White Flour
1/2 tsp Sugar
75 g Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 medium sized Egg
125 ml Water
125 ml Milk

Soft Rolls

Use your breadmaker to make these simple soft rolls, perfect for adding to a meal or for packed lunches.

Steps

Place the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above.

Select Basic Dough option (2 hrs 20 min) and press Start.

Divide dough into 8 pieces and shape into rolls.

Place on a greased baking sheet and allow to prove at 40°C until doubled in size.

Dust with flour.

Bake at 220ºC for 15 mins or until golden brown.
