Bored of your usual white and brown loaf? Here’s something a little different. This dense loaf is great for dipping in soup or on its own fresh out of the bread pan.

This recipe was created by Peter Sidwell in association with the Panasonic Kitchen.

Steps

1
Done

Sieve flour, soda, salt and white pepper into a bowl

2
Done

Using a pair of scissors cut spring onions into the bowl using all of the onion, white and green.

3
Done

Make a well in the middle and pour in the yogurt, oil and the milk.

4
Done

Stir the mixture together and add more milk as required, to form a soft dough.

5
Done

Place the dough into your parchment lined breadmaker pan and place on the BAKE ONLY setting for 45mins.
