Simple Sourdough Bread



To enjoy this simple sourdough recipe you must first create the sourdough culture. This will need to be proved for 12 hours prior to baking the sourdough bread. You will have enough of the starter culture for two or three loaves. So bake away! 🙂




Put all the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list


Select the SOUR DOUGH program or FRENCH PROGRAM if you do not have this.

250g Sourdough Starter Culture
1 tsp Dried Yeast
250g Strong White Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
120 ml Water
