250g PaneerToasted

2 tbsp Maize Flour

Place the onions, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and oil in a large microwave proof casserole dish. Stir to combine. Place in the oven and cook on STEAM 1 + LOW MICROWAVE for 10 min. |

Add mustard greens, spinach, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and 1 Cup of water to the onion mixture. Cook on STEAM 1 + LOW MICROWAVE for another 10 min. |

Transfer the mixture to the blender + any remaining stock, maize flour and grind them to a coarse paste. |

Return the saag mixture to the casserole dish. Season with salt as needed. Cook on MICROWAVE HIGH for 5 min. |

Gently stir in the toasted paneer & dried fenugreek leaves to the saag. Serve with Naan Bread. |
