2 + Milk combined to make 160ml Eggs
80g Plain yoghurt
240g Plain Flour
Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
65g Sugar
10g Baking powder

Scones are a classic British teatime treat – so give this large rustic scone recipe a go! Fill it with strawberry jam and share with your friends over a cup of tea this summer!

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed above.

Select rustic scone menu.

After 3 minutes open the lid using a rubber spatula scrape the flour down from the sides. Close the lid and press the start pad.

When the beeps sounds again after 3 minutes open the lid and just spread and shape the mixture to fit the pan (it will be stiff). If you don’t want to do this the scone will just cook in the shape it has formed after mixing.
