Roasted Hassel Back New Potatoes-v2



Always bake the same potatoes? Want something more fun? These Roasted Hassel Back New Potatoes are super easy to make and look very impressive. Paired well with any main, this side is guaranteed to impress your guests! Enjoy.

You will need:

Oven accessory: Glass dish and wire shelf in lower position




Make small vertical slits ¾ of the way down each potato about 2 cm apart.


Melt the butter in a small bowl in a microwave for 20/30 seconds. Add the oil and garlic and stir, then brush all over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.


Place on the glass tray and add the sprigs of Rosemary. Place in the lower shelf position and cook on CONVECTION 200C and WARM MICROWAVE for 15 mins.


Remove and baste the potatoes, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the potatoes making sure you get in between the slits.


Return to the oven and cook on CONVECTION 200C and WARM MICROWAVE for a further 15-20 mins or until golden brown.


Sprinkle with some chopped parsley before serving.
