Roasted Gnocchi, Sun-dried Tomato & Olive Stacks

Looking for a quick and easy starter? You’ve come to the right place. These roasted gnocchi, sun-dried tomato & olive stacks are ideal for any party spread. These delicious Mediterranean delights are bursting with salty flavours. All you need to do is roast the Gnocchi in our microwaves and place all of the ingredients on cocktails sticks and you’re good to go. Enjoy!

Steps

Tip the gnocchi in to the glass shelf and drizzle with olive oil.

Place in the middle shelf position and cook on CONVECTION 190C + SIMMAR MICROWAVE for 10 minutes

While waiting for the gnocchi to cook, thread the olives sundried tomatoes and basil leaves on to the cocktail sticks

When the gnocchi are cooked, just spear them with the prepared sticks

Serve while still warm.
