2 bunches Carrot left whole
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp clear Honey
50 g Butter
1 whole Chicken
1 cut in half Orange
2 sprigs Rosemary

Succulent chicken with deliciously sticky carrots all made in the microwave…

Place the carrots in the base of the dish. Add the 2 garlic cloves, cumin seeds, honey and half of the butter.

Wash and prepare the chicken then place the orange halves in the cavity. Place the chicken in the dish on top of the carrots. Add the remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.

Cook on CONVECTION 190ºC+ SIMMER MICROWAVE for 15 mins per 450g or until cooked through. Turn the dish half way through cooking.

Take out, serve and enjoy!
