Mix all the ingredients apart from the cheese in a bowl and yield into 8 fritters. |

Place on a plate and cook using the Micro Power setting for 2 minutes and 20 seconds on a high heat. Check they’re piping hot (be careful not to burn yourself!) and top each fritter with some grated cheese. |
