50g Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves
25g Pine nuts
40g Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 tbsp Olive Oil
This really easy fresh Pesto is very versatile! See some of it’s uses below.
- Stir through pasta, for a very quick and easy supper.
- Top your favourite fish or chicken and bake. (Fresh pesto topped baked salmon. Fresh pesto and parmesan crusted chicken).
- Chill and serve with crackers or crudités.
- Top Bruschetta for an appetiser.
- Swirl on top of home made soups.
Place all the ingredients into the blender, using the tamper stick blend on high until smooth.
