Ingredients

1 tsp Yeast
250g Strong White Bread Flour
250g Strong Brown Bread Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil from the sundried tomatoes
30g Pumpkin seeds
50g Sundried Tomatoes in Oil drained and halved
350ml Water

Serve with tapas or with tomato based soup.  Use to make delicious cheese on toast.
