1 tsp Yeast
250g Strong White Bread Flour
250g Strong Brown Bread Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil from the sundried tomatoes
30g Pumpkin seeds
50g Sundried Tomatoes in Oil drained and halved
350ml Water
