Cook the potatoes and chop the rosemary finely in the meantime. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them.

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.

Carefully sprinkle the dough with some spelt flour and rosemary around 1 hour before end of baking.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.

Tip: Prepare a nice picknick for your loved ones and take your freshly baked crusty bread with you.
