Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/2 tsp Yeast
250g Strong White Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
100ml Water

This naan bread is made using the Basic Dough program (2 hours 20 mins).

Note: This flat bread must be cooked under a very hot grill to create the air pocket inside the bread.

Place ingredients into bread pan and select basic dough program (2 hours 20mins).

Remove the dough at the end of the program.

Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll into ovals approx 25cm x 10cm (10x4”). Place on greased baking sheets.

Bake under a preheated grill for 2-3min each side until browned and well puffed.
