15g Butter
2 Shallots Finely Chopped
1 Crushed Garlic Clove
100mls Dry White wine
120mls Double Cream
Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley Finely chopped

This recipe is a tasty show stopper. If you’re trying to impress a guest or show off your culinary skills this is the go to dish. The big secret is, it’s actually very easy to create.

Scrub mussels and pull off any beards discarding any broken or open shells.

Place butter, onion and garlic in a dish. Place on the base of the oven and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2 mins.

Add the wine and cream cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 3 mins.

Add the mussels and cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 6-7 mins.

Discard any unopened shells. Add the parsley and stir before serving.
