Ingredients

1 tsp Dried Yeast
400g Strong White Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
25g Butter
300mls Water
Dispenser
50g Cranberries
1 ½ tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 ½ Sunflower Seeds

This Mixed Seeds and Cranberry Bread recipe is something a little different to your usual loaf. Slightly sweet and healthy this bread is perfect to try toasted and with a little butter for a great breakfast.

Steps

Place the cranberries and seeds into the raisin nut dispenser

Add the remaining ingredients in to the bread pan in the order listed above.

Set the machine to the Basic Bake, 4 hour, large size and press start.

Remove the bread at the end of the baking cycle and leave to cool on a wire rack.
