700g Potato Peeled and cut into cubes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Garlic Clove Finely chopped
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Dish: Shallow Pyrex® container

Steps

Place the potatoes on the glass shelf in the middle shelf position, cook on STEAM 1 + LOW microwave for 10 minutes.

Place the oil and onion into a shallow container, place on the base of the oven and cook on STEAM 1 + LOW MICROWAVE for six minutes.

Add the garlic and spices and cook on STEAM 1 + LOW MICROWAVE for 1 minute.

Drain the potatoes and combine with the onion mix.

Place the pyrex on the middle shelf position and cook on CONVECTION 230 + GRILL 3 + MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 20 minutes.
