3 Small applesChopped

1 Large OnionCut into quarters

1 Large Sprig of RosemaryFinely Chopped

4 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 heaped tbsp Pomegranate Seeds

This maple roasted parsnips and apple dish is perfect for sharing in the festive season. Delicious, sweet and healthy, it will be scooped up quickly at the table!
Steps

Firstly prepare the parsnips, onion and apples as instructed in the ingredient notes. |

Place in a large mixing bowl along with the garlic, chopped rosemary, maple syrup and generous pinch of salt and pepper then give it a shake. |

Place in your microwave oven at 200C for 30 minutes |

Remove from the oven and give it a little stir to move the ingredients around then add pomegranate seeds and place back in the oven for 15-30 minutes |
