1 tbsp Mustard

This rich Madeira gravy is ideal for a wholesome Christmas dinner. The Madeira wine creates a deeper flavour to the gravy adding something a little different to your special Christmas dinner.

Stir and mix the Madeira and flour together

Add the mustard to the hot stock, then slowly pour into the flour mix stirring continuously until dissolved and blended.

Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2-3 mins stirring halfway.

Season and serve.
