Jacket Potato with Smoked Salmon & Crème Fraîche

Wash prick and dry the potatoes. Place in the oven. Select the JACKET POTATO AUTO PROGRAM and enter the combine weight of the potatoes, press start.

Mix the crème fraiche, capers and onion together.

When the potatoes are cooked, cut a slit across the top of each potato and squeeze to soften.

Place a generous slice of smoked salmon and crème fraiche mix on the top. Sprinkle with some chopped chives to serve.
