Ingredients

900g Unsmoked Gammon Joint

Enough water to cover.

1 Onion, peeled and halved

1 Celery Stalks, Roughly Chopped

2 Bay Leaves

10 Pepper Corns

Whole Cloves

Glaze

1 tbsp Runny Honey

1 tbsp English mustard

Handful of cloves
Directions
This dish is ideal for the Christmas season. The warm sweet flavouring of the glaze perfectly compliments the scrumptious ham *mouth waters*.
Being a staple Christmas dish your guests will eat this up in no time, whether it be hot on a plate or cold in a nice leftover sandwich on boxing day. Enjoy!

Place all the above ingredients except the honey, mustard and cloves in a very large casserole dish. Place on the base of the oven and Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 15 mins then MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 15- 20 mins per 450g. Drain and set aside to cool for 15 mins. |

Mix the honey and mustard together. |

Use a small knife to remove the rind from the gammon joint, leaving as much of the fat intact as possible. Score the fat in a diamond pattern, and push a clove into the centre of each X. Brush over half of the glaze. |

Pre-heat the oven on CONVECTION 180C + GRILL 1, cook for 10-15 mins. Spread over the remaining glaze half way through cooking. |
