This tasty, healthy, mixed vegetable mash is perfect for serving up with dinner. It’s easy to get your 5 a day and it tastes delicious. This recipe is by @HungryHealthyHappy.
Steps

Put all of the vegetable in to a microwavable bowl and add 15ml of water per 100g. We used 700g of vegetables, so 105ml of water. |

Cover with clingfilm and pierce and put in the microwave. |

Press the Auto Cook button 5 times and enter the weight. Press start and stir half way through when the microwave will beep to tell you to. |

Drain any excess liquid and mash with the milk and cream cheese. |
