Put all of the vegetable in to a microwavable bowl and add 15ml of water per 100g. We used 700g of vegetables, so 105ml of water.

Cover with clingfilm and pierce and put in the microwave.

Press the Auto Cook button 5 times and enter the weight. Press start and stir half way through when the microwave will beep to tell you to.

Drain any excess liquid and mash with the milk and cream cheese.

100g Butternut Squash Peeled and cubed
100g Parsnips Peeled and cubed
100g Swede Peeled and cubed
100g Sweet Potatoes Peeled and cubed

Can be plant based Milk
Or vegan equivalent Cream cheese
