This lovely green juice is perfect for any time of the day. Packed with lots of vegetables it is very nutritious! A good tip for green juice is to include 3 vegetables and 1 piece of fruit to lessen the sugar in the drink! This recipe is a great way of getting your kids to eat more vegetables if they are particularly fussy with green vegetables.

Blending

Blend the Pumpkin Seeds.

Preparing the fruit/veg

Cut the pear and cucumber to fit the juicer chute.

Juicing

Juice the above ingredients except the blended pumpkin seeds.

Final Steps

Add the blended pumpkin seeds then pour into a glass and serve.
