Making the marinade

Mix 2 tbsp of the Harissa with 3 tbsp of the yogurt for a marinade.

Marinate

Rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts and set aside to marinate for 1 hour or overnight.

Cooking

Place the chicken on the glass shelf in the middle shelf position and cook on CONVECTION 240C + GRILL 3 + SIMMER MICROWAVE for 20–25 mins or until cook through.

Serving

Serve on a bed of mixed salad and grilled halloumi. Add some lemon juice to the remaining yogurt to use as a salad dressing
