Halloumi is the ultimate meat replacement in these delicious vegetarian halloumi burgers. With hummus, tomatoes, salad, salsa and topped with brioche buns these are perfect for your summer BBQ.

Steps

Pre-heat GRILL 1.

Line metal tray with baking paper.

Brush each slice of halloumi with olive oil and place on the prepared baking tray. Place in the upper shelf position and GRILL for 4-5 mins each side or until golden.

Lightly toast each half of the brioche buns and spread the bottom half with hummus.

Add salad, tomato and then the grilled halloumi, finish with salsa and top with the other half of the bun.

1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Brioche Buns
4 tbsp Hummus
1 Large ripe tomato Thinly Sliced
Mixed Salad Leaves
4 tbsp Tomato Salsa
