Grilled Fish with Lentil Curry

Enjoy exotic Indian flavours in a simple, fresh and delicious lentils and grilled fish curry night dish.

Wash ginger, dab dry and cut into slices. Wash and dry lemongrass and slice into thin slices. Clean the fish and dry it. Mix soy sauce, ginger and lemongrass in a bowl and marinate the fish in it for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, peel onion and garlic. Slice the garlic thinly and chop the onion. Put olive oil, onion and garlic into the Steam+ Pot. Cook with a lid in the microwave for about 3 minutes of 600 Watts. Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, dice them in 1 cm cubes. Add the potatoes, carrots and red lentils in the Steam+ Pot. Finally add vegetables stock, coconut milk and yellow curry powder. Put on lid, cook in the microwave of 1000 Watts for about 4 minutes, after that of 600 Watts for another 15 minutes.

Wash the herbs, dry shake and finely chop. Wash lime with hot water, dry it and squeeze the juice. Mix lime juice, herbs with curry and season with salt. Then keep it warm.

Take the fish from the marinade and put into the Steam+ Pot. Steam it in the microwave for 3 minutes of 1000 Watts. Use the grill function on 2. level for about 5 minutes. Serve the curry and fish and season with pepper.
