Put ingredients in bread pan in the order listed above.

Set bread maker to pizza dough program 45mins.

Remove dough from pan using a plastic spatula. The dough will be a little sticky so flour your hands and the worktop.

Shape into 10-12 rolls.

Glaze with egg yolk mixed with water, oil or milk.

Bake at 220ºC for 10-12mins.

1 Egg White optional: save yolk for glaze
450g Gluten Free Flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
75g Walnuts
7g Yeast
