Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

WARNING: Very hard to resist. Whether you’re gluten intolerant or not, this chocolate cake is a winner! Delicious on it’s own with a cup of tea, but even better served hot with ice cream or cold with lashings of cream and fresh berries! An added bonus is that it’s so simple to make in our breadmaker!

 

This recipe works best with our SD-ZX2522 Breadmaker!

Steps

Place the blade into the bread pan.

Put all of the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above.

Set the machine to the gluten free cake menu (20) 1 hour 50 mins.

After 2 mins when the beep sounds, scrape any residue from the sides using a rubber spatula.

When the program has finished, remove from the bread pan and allow to cool, or serve hot with some ice cream.

3 large Egg
120g Dark Chocolate Melted
120g Gluten-free self raising flour
30g Cocoa Powder
10g Baking powder
