Gluten Free Bread With Nuts and Seeds

Those of us who don’t eat gluten never have to miss out on the delight that is warm, freshly baked bread smothered in butter. This light, fluffy bread makes delicious sandwiches and great toast! The nuts and seeds give it that extra crunch, and some added nutrients. Another bonus of baking your bread is that you know exactly what’s gone into it, with no nasty additives or preservatives. It’s so simple to make in our breadmaker, you’ll never miss out on fresh sandwiches for work or school!

Before making the bread, roast the nuts and seeds to enhance their nutty flavour. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave to cool. (We suggest you buy a packet of each of the seeds and nuts, cook them all together and when cooled store in an air tight containers as they are great for baking or stirring through salads to give texture and flavour).

Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan.

Add the flour, seeds and yeast and set your bread maker to the gluten free setting with the dark crust.
