Pre-heat on grill 1.

Quarter the figs and place on the enamel shelf lined with foil.

Tear each slice of prosciutto into 2 or 3 pieces and crumble them between the figs.

Brush the figs with a tbsp of honey and GRILL for 5-8 mins or until lightly browned.

Crumble the Roquefort cheese between 4 plates, add the honey grilled figs and ham and pour over any cooking juices and drizzle with the remaining honey.

Serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
