This bread has a subtle sweet taste given by the sultanas and is also coeliac friendly.

Steps

Done

Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan.

Add the flour, yeast, fennel seeds and sultanas and set your bread maker to the gluten free setting with the dark crust.

When the program has finished remove from the machine and allow to cool.
