Remove the kneading blade from the pan.

Finely grate the orange and squeeze in the juice, setting the rind aside. Then, place the cranberries, sugar, port and orange juices in the bread pan.

Select the jam menu and enter 1 hour on the timer.

Stir after cooking is complete.

Remove and reserve half the cranberries. Blend the remainder of the sauce until smooth. Mix with the reserved cranberries and orange rind. Cool, cover and chill for up to two days. Serve cold.

Put the finished sauce into sterilised jars with a lid, being careful not to burn yourself. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
