Start by mixing the eggs, milk, spices & sugar in a shallow bowl.

Lay a slice of bread in the bowl and soak on either side.

Next, melt the coconut oil in a pan, add the slice of bread and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Repeat for each slice of bread.

Top with winter berries, maple syrup, shredded coconut & granola.
