Directions
This is a delicious, protein packed dessert that is naturally sweetened with orange rather than sugars or syrups. Silken tofu gives this dessert a wonderful creamy smooth texture without using dairy. It is also an excellent source of vegetarian protein. If you want to boost the protein content further, swap one of the tablespoons of cocoa powder with a scoop of chocolate protein powder.

Place the chocolate and almond milk in a pan and gently melt over a low heat, stirring to combine. |

CookingPut the melted chocolate into the blender with all the remaining ingredients and blend on Ice Cream mode or Manual for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides to create a smooth texture. |

ChillingSpoon into four glasses or ramekins and decorate with a little orange zest and chocolate shavings. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. |
