Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250g Butter
100g Maltesers® Lightly Crushed
300g Dark Chocolate
300g Milk Chocolate
90ml Golden Syrup
100g Mini Marshmallows
50g Raisins
300g Digestive Biscuits Broken into small pieces

Chocolate and Raisin Crunch

A quick, fun and chocolatey snack to make with the kids and share with the family!

Dish:  Swiss roll tin 30 x 23 x 3cm (12x8x1”) lined with baking parchment.

Steps

Done

Place the butter, chocolate and syrup in a large bowl and heat on HIGH MICROWAVE for 3-4mins. Allow to cool slightly and stir in the Maltesers®.

Fold in the marshmallows, raisins and biscuits. Press the mixture into the Swiss roll tin.

Chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.

Cut into 24-30 pieces.
