This healthy alternative to mashed potatoes is perfect to keep you going through the day. It is smooth, creamy and so tasty you may never eat mashed potatoes again! It is very easy to make and can be paired with many different dishes. Get creative and mix in your own flavours. (We tried it with chopped spring onions it was yummy!)

Steps

Steaming

Cut the cauliflower in to bite size florets. Spread in the glass tray and place in the middle shelf position.

Fill the water tank.

Cook on the AUTO STEAM program.

Mashing

When the cauliflower is cooked, put in to the food processor add the butter, salt and pepper and process until it is smooth and creamy.
