Breakfast Orange & Cranberry Loaf

  • For Gluten Free

Adding fruits to your bread is the perfect way to achieve tastier bread! This can be done with either your regular, gluten free, or even sourdough loaf. Bake at home with ease using your Panasonic breadmaker.

Mix the cranberries and sugar together in a small bowl.

Combine the flours, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and ½ tsp salt in a bowl and mix well.

Whisk the zest, juice, oil, egg and vanilla, then add to the flour mix with the cranberry mix. Add a little milk so the mixture will drop from a spoon.

Remove the kneading blade from the bread pan and line with a loaf tin liner. or parchment paper.

Spoon the mix into the lined bread pan.

Select bake only program and enter 50 minutes on the timer.

After baking a skewer inserted in the middle should come out clean. If the bread does require extra time, select the bake only program again and enter a further 3-5 minutes on the timer

Remove the bread out of the pan using oven gloves and allow to cool.
