175mls Maple Syrup

75g Desiccated Coconut

Directions
Don’t go without breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day. If you only have time for a quick snack in the morning, this is one for you. It’s very sweet and contains mango and apricot. Perfect with a cuppa!
Tip: This recipe can be doubled. Cook on two levels, swapping the trays over halfway through the cooking time.
Accessory: Wire shelf in lower position.
Dish: Large glass bowl, 30x20x3.5cm tin lined with greaseproof paper.

Grease and line the baking tin. |

Place the butter, sugar and syrup into the bowl. |

Put on the base of the oven and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 1 minute. Stir until the butter is completely melted. |

Pre heat the oven on CONVECTION 170 °C. |

Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. |

Press the mixture into the tin using the back of a spoon. |

Bake for 20 minutes on CONVECTION 170 °C. |

Mark into twenty pieces. Allow to cool before removing from the tin. |
