Place the ingredients in the pan in the order listed, using only 50g of butter

Place the fruit in the dispenser.

Select Basic Dough Raisin (2hrs 20min) and press start.

When the fruit is dispensed lift the lid and add the additional 70g of butter.

At the end of the program remove the dough and place in a round cake tin. Allow to prove until doubled in size.

4 tbsp Sugar
tsp Salt
120 g Butter
2 Medium Eggs beaten
170 ml Milk
50 g Seville Oranges just the peel
50 g Sultanas
50 g Currants
