Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
This Baked Stuffed Tomatoes recipe is perfect if you’re looking for a quick and simple meal! Your microwave oven makes this recipe achievable in under half an hour!
Simply scoop out the insides of your tomatoes, break an egg in the centre and cover with cheese. Pop them in the Microwave Oven on Convection 190°C + Simmer Microwave for 20-25 minutes. That’s it!

Slice the tops off the tomatoes. Scoop out the centre and discard. |

Drain tomatoes upside down on kitchen paper for a few minutes, then place on right way up in heat proof dish. |
