It’s not Christmas without some stuffing on our dinner plates or stuffing scraps in our boxing days sandwiches. You can make these delicious sides easily using your Panasonic Combination Microwave!

Steps

Place the onions and butter in a large microwaveable dish and cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 3 mins.

Stir in the nuts, apricots, breadcrumbs, parsley and lemon zest.

Mix in the egg and season.

Pre heat the oven on 180C.

You can use half to stuff the neck end of the turkey or shape all of the mixture into balls.

Put the balls in a buttered baking dish, then drizzle with oil. Bake for 30 mins until golden, or roast them around the turkey.

50 g Butter
50 g Hazelnuts roughly chopped
140 g Soft ready-to-eat dried apricots chopped
175 g White Breadcrumbs
20 g Parsley chopped
1 Lemon Zest finely grated
1 Egg beaten
Olive Oil for drizzling
