Directions
What treats do you like to put out for Santa? We love treating Santa (and the rest of the family) to mince pies that everyone will enjoy! And they’re so easily made using the Panasonic Microwaves, so you have the space to prepare even more festive favourites in your kitchen!

Gently unroll the pastry and using a 9-10cm cutter, cut out 12 rounds and place them in the prepared cake tin. Then place this tin the fridge. |

Pre-heat the oven on CONVECTION 190°C. |

In a bowl, put 12 tsps of mincemeat into a bowl, then add a tbsp of orange juice and mix well. |

In another bowl add 50g of butter and place on the base of the oven and melt on HIGH MICROWAVE for 30 sec or until melted. Then add the ground and flaked almonds to the butter and blend together. |

Remove the pastry from the fridge and fill each case with a tsp of mincemeat and top with the almond mixture. |

Bake for 15-18 mins turning ½ way. |
