Directions
A fresh, healthy dish with a delightful crunchy twist. This spring vegetables and walnut crumble is the perfect way to eat well and enjoy the taste.

Pre-heat the grill on GRILL 1. Mix all of the walnut crumble ingredients together in a bowl. Spread them out onto the enamel tray. Place in the upper shelf position and toast for 5-6 minutes or until golden - turning half way. Put to one side to cool. |

Fill the water tank. Place all the vegetables into the glass tray and place in the upper shelf position. Select STEAM 1 and SIMMER MICROWAVE and cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender. |

Meanwhile, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper. |
