Vegetables with a Crunchy Walnut Crumble


  • For the walnut crumble





Pre-heat the grill on GRILL 1. Mix all of the walnut crumble ingredients together in a bowl. Spread them out onto the enamel tray. Place in the upper shelf position and toast for 5-6 minutes or until golden - turning half way. Put to one side to cool.


Fill the water tank. Place all the vegetables into the glass tray and place in the upper shelf position. Select STEAM 1 and SIMMER MICROWAVE and cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender.


Meanwhile, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper.

150g Fine Green Beans
150g Asparagus Trimmed
150g Baby Courgettes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
